a. Delivery Policy
At MSPINEAPPLES, we strive to deliver your modest essentials to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time: All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Estimated Pre-order Duration: For pre-order items, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and fulfillment.

Delivery time estimate (from ship out date) :

West Malaysia Delivery: 3 to 5 business days.

East Malaysia Delivery: 5 to 7 business days.

Tracking: You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during festive peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

 

b. Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Conditions for Refund/Return: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.

Process: To start a return, please contact our support team at hello.mspineapples@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective).

Non-returnable Items: Sale items, promotional items, and innerwear (if applicable) are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

 

c. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. MSPINEAPPLES collects only the necessary information (such as your name, contact details, and shipping address) required to process your orders and improve your shopping experience.

Data Usage: We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as strictly necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing your address with our courier partners).

Compliance: By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of this information in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our apparel (like our special button knitwear) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's monitor settings.

Pricing: All prices are listed in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment: We accept various secure payment methods, including major credit cards and FPX. Orders are only confirmed and processed once payment is successfully received.
